आज हम तीन TENSE –
- Present Continuous
- Past Continuous
- Future Continuous
को एक साथ समझेंगे, ताकि आप रोज़मर्रा की बोलचाल में इन्हें सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल कर सकें।
हमारा उद्देश्य है कि Spoken English को सिचुएशन यानी परिस्थितियों से समझा जाए, न कि सिर्फ रूल्स से।
🔹 Present Continuous Tense की याद दिलाते हैं
जब भी कोई काम अभी चल रहा होता है (Right Now / At This Time) तो हम verb में -ING लगाते हैं:

👉 ये सभी फॉर्म उस समय काम के जारी होने को दर्शाते हैं – चाहे वो काम अभी हो (Present), पहले हो रहा था (Past) या आगे होगा (Future)।
🔸 Present, Past और Future Continuous को सिचुएशन से समझें
🧑🏫 Situation 1 – पढ़ाई से जुड़ा उदाहरण:
🕖 अभी 7 बजे हैं और मैं पढ़ा रहा हूँ –
✅ I am teaching. (Present)🕖 कल इसी वक्त पढ़ा रहा था –
✅ I was teaching. (Past)🕖 कल फिर इसी वक्त पढ़ाऊँगा –
✅ I will be teaching. (Future)
🏫 Situation 2 – स्कूल जाने से जुड़ा उदाहरण:
🕙 अभी 10 बजे हैं और मैं स्कूल जा रहा हूँ –
✅ I am going to school. (Present)🕙 कल इसी वक्त जा रहा था –
✅ I was going to school. (Past)🕙 कल इसी वक्त स्कूल जाऊँगा –

- हम मूवी देख रहे थे जब बिजली चली गई –

📱 Example 2 – Phone Use
- वो फ़ोन पर बात कर रही थी जब मैंने कॉल किया –
✅ She was talking on the phone when I called.
🚶 Example 3 – Walking
- मैं पार्क में टहल रहा था जब बारिश शुरू हुई –
✅ I was walking in the park when it started raining.
🛒 Example 4 – Shopping
- वे शॉपिंग कर रहे थे जब उन्हें सेल के बारे में पता चला –
✅ They were shopping when they heard about the sale.

- माँ घर साफ कर रही थीं जब पापा आए –
✅ Mom was cleaning the house when dad came.
✅ WH-Word के साथ Past Continuous

- Past Continuous = “was/were + verb-ing”
- Present Continuous = “is/am/are + verb-ing”
- Future Continuous = “will be + verb-ing”
